Actress Jennifer Lawrence used to consume garlic before engaging in kissing scenes with Liam Hemsworth during the filming of ‘The Hunger Games’ series.
However, the actress asserts that it was not a deliberate act on her part.
Jennifer Lawrence is widely recognized for her portrayal of the character Katniss Everdeen in the ‘Hunger Games’ film franchise, which made its debut in 2012, as reported by mirror.co.uk.
As the protagonist in this blockbuster film, her character Katniss volunteers as a tribute for the games after her younger sister Prim is chosen.
The movie depicts how the Capitol of Panem compels each of its 12 districts to select a male and female tribute, known as Tributes, to participate in a nationally televised event called the Hunger Games. However, after nine years have passed, Lawrence has come forward to clarify her side of the story.
During her appearance on First We Feast’s YouTube series, Hot Ones, she revealed that her consumption of those foods was not intentional.
“It was not a deliberate choice,” she explained, before humorously adding, “It was simply what I happened to be eating when we had our kissing scenes.”
Jennifer then jokingly remarked, “Liam should just get over it.”
