SOT police, acting on a tip, invaded a property allegedly owned by Tollywood hero Naga Shaurya and detained 25 people for playing poker and gambling cards.
Gutta Sumanth, according to authorities, is the major figure behind the unlawful operations at multiple farmhouses on Hyderabad’s outskirts.
He utilised WhatsApp groups to organise poker and gambling tournaments.
According to TV9, Naga Shaurya has rejected out his involvement with gambling at his home. He allegedly sought a police investigation to determine who is responsible for alleged criminal activity.
Bujji is a new name that has lately appeared in the incident.
He is rumoured to be one of the actor’s uncles, and he has been in charge of the farmhouse.
