  • Gold Cluster in Mangalagiri:
    Approval was granted for land pooling to set up a Gems and Jewellery Park at Atmakuru, Mangalagiri, spanning 78 acres. The CRDA estimates that the Gold Cluster will attract investments worth ₹5,000 crore and generate nearly 20,000 employment opportunities. Chief Minister Naidu instructed officials to develop strong infrastructure to create a sustainable ecosystem.
  • Infrastructure in Capital Villages:
    CRDA sanctioned ₹904 crore for works under the LPS Critical Infrastructure and Investment Plan in 29 village panchayats of the capital region, including drainage, water supply, and other basic facilities.

    Approval was given for a Sewerage Water Treatment Plant at ₹411 crore and a Water Distribution Centre at ₹376.6 crore in Amaravati.
