‘Haunted Mansion’ Trailer: A Perfect Blend of Chills and Chuckles
The upcoming horror-comedy movie “Haunted Mansion” will see the Haunted Mansion’s doors open in ten days.
The Justin Simien-directed film has a new trailer out, and it goes into more detail. In addition to showing off the gothic horror backdrop, the trailer also incorporates a lot of humor and some genuinely terrifying scenes, giving the audience emotional whiplash.
A strong sense of adventure and drama is conveyed by the trailer, which combines state-of-the-art production with fantastic VFX, frightening designs, and creepy ghosts. It also mixes these elements with a family-friendly attitude while maintaining its seriousness when necessary.
‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ came before it, and ‘Haunted Mansion’ is the most recent movie to be inspired by one of Disney’s most well-known rides.
The movie’s all-star cast, which includes Rosario Dawson, LaKeith Stanfield, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVitio, and Jamie Lee Curtis, just adds to the enjoyment. The ride has already been translated for the big screen already, in Eddie Murphy’s 2003 film “The Haunted Mansion,” so this is not the first time it has done so.
Many are unsure whether this new version will improve upon its predecessor and grow to be as popular as “Pirates of the Caribbean” with its own iconic characters in the future because that movie was a financial failure.
The film centers on a mother and her son who hire a ragtag group of purported spiritual experts to help them clear their house of the paranormal occupants that keep them awake at night.
The ‘Haunted Mansion‘ remake from Disney is scheduled to premiere on July 28.
