Film critic Kathi Mahesh passes away Mahesh Kathi, a film critic and former Telugu Bigg Boss competitor, died on Saturday at the Chennai Apollo after succumbing to respiratory failure. He was being treated in Chennai after being involved in a car accident on June 26 in the Nellore hamlet of Chandrasekharapuram. When his Innova vehicle collided with a truck, he sustained severe injuries to his face and head. In 2015, he made his directorial debut with the film ‘Pesarattu,’ starring Nandu and Nikitha Narayan. Later, he maintained his career as a film critic and rose to prominence with Telugu Bigg Boss, which was presented by Jr NTR.
