Supply Of Anti-Fungul Drug To Treat Black Fungus Being Ramped Up: Centre
The cases of black fungus are increasing in the country.
According to the reports, around 9000 cases of mucormycosis have been reported so far.
Amphotericin B was available in the country in limited supply to treat the disease.
Amphotericin-B is considered as the key drug to treat the deadly disease.
It is now being increased and the Ministry is in touch with five additional manufacturers.
