Covid-19 News: DRDO Anti-Covid Drug Launched, Is This The Wonder Drug India Has Been Waiting For?
Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardan launched the anti-COVID-19 drug 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) on Monday.
The drug was developed by the Defence Research and Development Organization(DRDO).
The Union Defence Minister has congratulated the DRDO.
He said that India will continue to fight against the coronavirus.
