Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth have decided to separate from each other. They have filed their divorce petition in the Family Court of Chennai. Dhanush and Aishwarya reached this conclusion after mutual consent. The hearing in this matter will begin in a few days.
It is noted that Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth have not been together for two years. They had announced their separation in 2022.
Even after announcing their separation, Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth had not filed for divorce. This was the reason why there had been rumors of reconciliation between the two.
During those times, both were quite busy with their work. Though they were not together, being parents, they were certainly taking care of their children’s upbringing. They have two sons, named Yatra and Linga.
Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth were tied in the bond of marriage in 2004. Their relationship lasted for 18 years. At the time of marriage, Dhanush was 21 years old and Aishwarya was 23 years old.

Dhanush’s upcoming film is ‘Kuber’, directed by Sekhar Kammula. The film will also feature major artists like Nagarjuna Akkineni and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is expected to offer action and thriller elements. Talking about Aishwarya Rajinikanth, her last film ‘Lal Salaam’ was released on February 9 this year. With this film, Aishwarya made her return as a director after nine years.
