3-Nagarjuna replies to the problem of movie ticket prices
Nagarjuna, a Tollywood star, has reacted to the present cinema ticket pricing dispute in Andhra Pradesh.
During the press conference, Nagarjuna stated that the ticket prices in AP will have no effect on his film and that he does not want to discuss politics.
He went on to say that if the ticket prices are high, the movie will make a bit more money.
He stated that his film Bangarraju would be released on Sankranti and that we are unable to delay the release owing to ticket pricing issues.

Maverick director and filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) has taken up the Telugu film industry’s cudgels in terms of cinema ticket price and regulation in the state of Andhra Pradesh in an unexpected manner. RGV turned to his favourite social blogging platform, Twitter, and asked Minister Perni Nani a series of questions on movie ticket pricing, which the Minister politely replied in his distinctive way while explaining the AP Government’s position.
Perni Nani began by stating he had noticed RGV’s tweets and had a simple question for him.
“According to which fundamental economics, can a Rs.100 ticket be sold for Rs.1,000 or Rs.2,000?” What is the basic law’s position on this?
What does this market mechanism go by? Is it referred to as supply and demand? Is it known as black marketing? He was curious.
‘Dear honourable minister of cinematography, I understand government may intervene and enforce a price below or above equilibrium when there’s a major scarcity of an important product like wheat, rice, kerosene oil, etc, but how does that apply to films, sir?’ RGV tweeted.

5-Allu Arjun’s Pushpa OTT release date has been set.
Pushpa, starring Tollywood sensation Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, will be released on Amazon Prime on January 7.
It is well known that Amazon Prime has the digital rights to Allu Arjun’s Pushpa film, and today the company turned to social media to announce that the film would be available on Amazon beginning January 7 at 8 p.m. in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil languages.
