The new war room at Hyderabad’s Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) resembles the military command center at the Pentagon in the US with over one lakh cameras, a real-time traffic monitoring system, and a helipad.
2-First C-295 transport aircraft introduced to the Air Force
The Indian Air Force received its first C-295 medium tactical transport aircraft on Monday, enhancing its logistical capabilities. Rajnath Singh, the defense minister, attended the induction ceremony at the Hindan Air Force Station.
Later, he participated in a “Sarva Dharma Pooja” that was held in the hangar to commemorate the event. Senior IAF and Airbus officials, as well as IAF commander Air commander Marshal V R Chaudhari, were present during the induction event.
