Prime Minister Narendra Modi humorously made a remark about Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh during an interaction before a public meeting in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday evening.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a light-hearted complaint against Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh during a brief interaction before a public meeting in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday evening.
The conversation took place in the green room when Modi was being welcomed by the state ministers.
As Modi greeted the ministers and moved forward, he stopped near Lokesh. Upon Lokesh greeting him, Modi humorously said, “There’s a complaint against you, and you know what it is!” Lokesh smiled in response. Modi then added, “It’s been six months since your government took charge, but you haven’t come to Delhi to meet me yet.” Patting Lokesh on the shoulder, Modi said, “Come visit me with your family.”
Responding promptly, Lokesh assured Modi, saying, “I will visit soon, sir.”
