Revanth Reddy sworn in as Chief Minister of Telangana
Revanth Reddy was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Telangana in a grand ceremony held at the LB Stadium, amidst a large gathering of people and Congress party workers.
During the oath-taking ceremony, he pledged his allegiance to the Constitution of India, committing to uphold the sovereignty and integrity of the nation. The event was marked by the presence of significant political figures and a jubilant crowd.
The oath of office was administered by the Governor of Telangana, Tamilisai Soundararajan. Alongside Revanth Reddy, several key members of his party were also sworn in. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka assumed the role of Deputy Chief Minister.
Others who took the oath as ministers included Uttam Kumar Reddy, Sitakka, Ponnam Prabhakar, Damodara Rajanarsimha, Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy, Sridhar Babu, Tummala Nageshwar Rao, Konda Surekha, Jupalli Krishna Rao, and Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy.

Notably, the event also witnessed the presence of prominent Congress leaders including the party chief Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, as well as Karnataka’s Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar. The dignitaries were welcomed on stage by Revanth Reddy, adding further prestige to the ceremony.
