Virat Kohli finally hit a century on Thursday, leading India to 212 for two against Afghanistan after a protracted quest.
Kohli shattered the record held by Sachin Tendulkar.
He scored his first century since November 2019 and 71st overall with an unbroken effort off 61 balls, tying Ricky Ponting’s record for most international hundreds.
He currently only trails Sachin Tendulkar on the list of all-time performers.
