Yamaha Unveils FZ-X Chrome Edition in India: Priced at 1.40 Lakhs

Ride in Style: Yamaha’s FZ-X Chrome Edition Debuts at India Mobility Show 2024″

India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., a prominent two-wheeler manufacturer, has unveiled the Chrome Color Edition of its cruiser motorcycle in the domestic market. The price of this edition has been set at INR 1.40 lakhs (ex-showroom). It was launched at the India Mobility Show 2024 recently.

The bike comes with traction control-type safety features. Except for the new color option, there are no changes in the bike’s design, features, and dimensions. The Chrome model of the Yamaha FZ-X is also available in Matte Titan, Dark Matte Blue, Metallic Black, and Matte Copper color options.

The first 100 customers who book the FZ-X Chrome Color bike online will receive a Casio G-Shock watch for free at the time of delivery. The booking can be done online through the Yamaha website with a payment of INR 2000. Yamaha has stated that the bikes will be delivered within 45 days, depending on stock availability.

The Yamaha FZ-X motorcycle is powered by a 149cc single-cylinder engine that delivers 12.5 PS of power at 7250 RPM and 13.3 Nm of torque at 5500 RPM. It features inverted telescopic forks at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear.

The 2024 Yamaha FZ-X Deluxe motorcycles will also come with the Y-Connect app. This app allows the phone to be connected with the bike, enabling the user to see phone notifications on the bike’s instrument cluster screen.

It also provides call alerts, SMS, email, app connectivity status, phone battery level status, fuel consumption tracker, maintenance recommendations, last parking location, malfunction notification, reverse dashboard, and ranking among other features.
