GHMC Election campaign ends this evening

The GHMC election campaign heat, which took place for the past few days, has come to an end today(November 29) evening.

The political parties have put an end to the 15-day campaign at various divisions in Hyderabad.

State Election Commission has issued a statement alerting the outsiders to go out of the GHMC area.

SEC has clarified that the ban on liquor sales will continue until 6 p.m on the polling day.

A statement was issued from the SEC on this aspect.

The announcement by SEC has marked the end of a campaign in the GHMC region.

Earlier, the parties campaigned to woo voters by raising issues like development in the city, recent floods impact, aid and assistance to victims, and other vital issues.

BJP cadre, with the support of the high command, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Minister of Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, have targeted the ruling TRS and MIM over their alleged possible alliance between them.

It has become an exciting issue to see how the BJP will take chances for it.

The GHMC election polling will be held on December 1. Polling will be done from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The votes will be counted, and the results will be out on December 4.
