Gold and Silver Prices Surge Amid Global Market Trends

Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam – The prices of gold and silver have witnessed a significant surge in the Telugu states, driven by international market fluctuations. While gold prices remained relatively stable since the beginning of the year, there has been a sharp increase in recent days. Compared to Monday’s rates, gold and silver prices have risen substantially on Saturday.

On Monday, the price of 10 grams of gold stood at ₹79,470, but by Saturday, it rose by ₹1,332, reaching ₹80,802. Similarly, silver prices also recorded a sharp rise.

On Monday, a kilogram of silver was priced at ₹90,020, whereas on Saturday, it surged by ₹3,245, reaching ₹93,265. These rates were observed during the early morning trading hours in key cities like Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Proddatur.

Experts advise consumers to keep track of price fluctuations as gold and silver rates change frequently. The international markets also reported a significant increase in precious metal prices.

On Monday, the price of an ounce of gold was $2,640, which increased by $50, reaching $2,690 on Saturday. Currently, the price of an ounce of silver stands at $30.43.
